His initial role involved supervising the manufacturing and testing of scaffold components, coordinating logistics, and providing crucial information to clients nationwide. As Bartlett has expanded, Pearson’s responsibilities grew, and he gained valuable experience in various industrial operations activities, including job setup and account management for clients in the refining and petrochemical sectors.

Pearson’s expertise extends to multiple areas, including cost control, planning, critical path applications, field execution, and site management. His meticulous attention to detail and a penchant for embracing new challenges have played a pivotal role in broadening Bartlett’s footprint into Canada under Bartlett Operations Support Services (BOSS.)

Steve Thacker became the senior vice president and co-founder of Next Generation Scaffold Services after climbing the ranks through the scaffold industry from his start as a union labor apprentice. With decades in the industry, Thacker’s experience gained in the field, sales and management gives him a broad vision when designing new products to improve safety and efficiency. He has been awarded numerous US/International patents with many new designs pending. Thacker’s belief in continuous improvement positions us as a pioneering force within the industry, dedicated to advancing safety and efficiency through groundbreaking solutions.

In his current capacity, Papania oversees the soft-crafts division for Bartlett Group. His exceptional leadership skills and extensive industry knowledge enable him to successfully navigate the challenges inherent in large-scale industrial operations.

Munn is a highly experienced construction professional with over many years of expertise in client management, strategic planning, resource allocation, financial management, project management, project controls, personnel management, production methods, and process analytics. He has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies in industries such as Nuclear, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refining, and Wastewater.

His primary focus lies in the project controls and project management sectors, specifically in petrochemical, nuclear and refining construction projects, encompassing both capital and maintenance areas.

Now, Curtis spearheads research and development efforts related to new Excel components and oversees the management of the fabrication facility located in Walker, Louisiana.

Johnny Curtis’ professional journey began in 1991 at Deltak Manufacturing, while studying mechanical engineering at Southeastern Louisiana University. He was a pivotal member of the original team responsible for designing and manufacturing the Excel Modular Scaffold system. Now, Curtis spearheads research and development efforts related to new Excel components and oversees the management of the fabrication facility located in Walker, Louisiana.

In addition to his responsibilities in scaffold fabrication, he is entrusted with overseeing all non-scaffold fabrication activities, including laser cutting, as well as field and shop fabrication services provided by Deltak to its wide range of customers. Curtis has been honored with eight design patents for his innovative contributions.
