Chris completed his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University specializing in Industrial Safety and then attended Tulane University, where he earned a master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene.  Through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), Chris received the designation as both an ASP and CSP.  Chris has over 20 years of experience, both working for and owning a business in the industrial services market.  Throughout his career Chris has worked to protect the health and safety of the company’s craftsmen through a commitment to continuous improvement.  Chris believes that the long-term success of a business is predicated on the foundation of protecting the health and safety of their employees.

Shane has 20 + years of management, training, and first aid/safety responder experience in the petrochemical, polymer, petroleum industries, and pulp/paper mills. His responsibilities have included subcontractor/direct hire management/cm, orientation training, field audits, maintaining health/safety records, case management (risk), and overall hands-on safety professional leader.

Shane holds multiple NCCER and OSHA certifications and is currently continuing studies at Louisiana State University / Columbia Southern University.

Certifications: Construction Site Safety Master (CSSM), NCCER— CSST, Safety Tech, Safety Supervisor, NCCER Safety Orientation, NCCER Industrial Ironworker and Master Trainer; First Aid/ CPR; OSHA 510 , OSHA 500, Asbestos 40 hr. and Safety Supervisor; ISC-certified trainer for all scaffold systems; Smith School driving instructor.

Mark graduated with a BA degree from National Louis University in Chicago and his MA degree from Webster University in Denver, Co. Mark has spent the majority of his career (>35 years) in commercial, industrial and nuclear safety management/technical positions. Mark served as the Site Safety Director for the Department of Energy’s Rocky Flats site which was one of the largest and most successful hazardous waste site clean ups in the United States. Mark has also held many management and supervisory level positions in the radiological, public works, refinery and wastewater industries. Mark’s safety philosophy is a simple one, “everyone deserves a future.” Mark is passionate about safety excellence in our company and truly enjoys mentoring/coaching personnel in their safety growth. Mark’s home is the Rocky Mountains in Loveland, Co.
