Chris Gascon completed his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University specializing in Industrial Safety and then attended Tulane University, where he earned a master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene. Through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP,) Gascon was designated as an ASP and CSP.  Gascon has decades of experience working for and owning a business in the industrial services market.  Throughout his career, Gascon has worked to protect the health and safety of the company’s craftsmen through a commitment to continuous improvement. He believes that the long-term success of a business is predicated on the foundation of protecting the health and safety of its employees.

Jack Trautwein is an experienced safety professional who has worked in various capacities, gaining exposure to refining and soft crafts. In his current role, he collaborates with Regional Safety Managers and actively supports safety initiatives nationwide.

Trautwein holds certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and regularly attends training courses to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.

In his pursuit of continuous growth and understanding, Trautwein is currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management through Louisiana State University. He aims to deepen his understanding of the operational aspects of the construction industry, enabling him to provide enhanced support to the company’s operations personnel.

He holds an ABET-accredited B.S. in OSHE and is distinguished by his certifications in CSP (Certified Safety Professional) and CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician).

Anthony Piazza is a seasoned professional in the safety and operations fields. Starting as a scaffold helper, he worked up to a foreman before transitioning into safety, where he discovered his true passion. Piazza’s expertise as an HSE manager spans soft-craft service lines such as fireproofing, scaffold, insulation, and coatings, with additional experience in the mechanical sector.
