Through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP,) Gascon was designated as an ASP and CSP.  Gascon has decades of experience working for and owning a business in the industrial services market.  Throughout his career, Gascon has worked to protect the health and safety of the company’s craftsmen through a commitment to continuous improvement. He believes that the long-term success of a business is predicated on the foundation of protecting the health and safety of its employees.

Martarona holds multiple NCCER and OSHA certifications, including Construction Site Safety Master, Safety Tech, Safety Supervisor, and Industrial Ironworker. He is also an ISC-certified trainer for all scaffold systems and a Smith System-trained driving instructor. His commitment to continuous professional development is evident as he further studies at Louisiana State University and Columbia Southern University.
